Al Fajer is seeking dedicated and hardworking Cleaners to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards across residential, commercial, and industrial facilities. This role is essential in creating safe, healthy, and welcoming environments for our clients and visitors.

Description

As a Cleaner, you will perform a variety of cleaning and housekeeping duties to ensure assigned areas remain clean, organized, and presentable at all times. You will work closely with supervisors and team members to deliver high-quality cleaning services while following company procedures and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize offices, buildings, common areas, washrooms, and other assigned locations.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces.
  • Empty waste bins and dispose of waste according to company procedures.
  • Replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and consumables as required.
  • Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors.
  • Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Ensure all assigned tasks are completed to company quality standards.
  • Assist with deep cleaning and special cleaning projects when required.
Requirements
  • Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning tasks.
  • Basic communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to follow instructions and company procedures.
